Away from the harm of the post-xmas sales, Zoe and I headed into Soho last weekend for a wander around the shops.
Having whiled away the afternoon and most of the evening in Muji and the homewares section of Selfridges (I'm constantly searching for new trinkets to fill my room), there was only one thing on our minds as the London's bustling streets began to transform from dusk to dinner time: Smack Deli.
Buttery lobster, pillowy soft, brioche buns & courgette fries.
The Mexican - hot, spicy & smokey; Happy Ending - light , creamy & refreshing.
The laid-back interior and dim-lighting is such a pleasant sanctuary from the madness of the streets outside, we could while away many an hour feasting on those courgette fries.
So in awe of the place, we barely wanted to leave and are already planning a return visit - a must for anyone in the area.
